The Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP) has introduced an emergency cash transfer initiative, the "Dry Spell Emergency Cash Transfer," to support vulnerable households impacted by prolonged dry spells in eight key agricultural regions across Ghana.
