BCM Rejects GhanaWeb Article on Angela List


BCM International has dismissed recent claims made by Angela List and refuted a GhanaWeb article published on January 29, 2025, which defended her against allegations of financial misconduct. According to sources within BCM International, Angela List has made false statements in an attempt to mislead the market, particularly regarding her role within the company.


BCM International has clarified that Angela List is not a director of BCM International but rather a director of BCM Ghana Ltd, where she is accused of embezzling approximately $10 million. Legal proceedings—both commercial and criminal—are currently underway, with BCM expressing confidence in the Ghanaian legal system to ensure justice.


Additionally, the company has rejected claims made by List that Alex Obu Simpson is the HR Manager of BCM Group. Instead, it asserts that Simpson is affiliated with Adamus Resources, a company that BCM Investments alleges was fraudulently taken over by Angela List.


BCM International has described the GhanaWeb report as a "litany of lies and false claims," emphasizing that it has no association with Angela List. Under new leadership, the company remains focused on its operations and future growth, insisting that it is “business as usual.”


A confidential source within BCM International dismissed Angela List’s statements as an attempt to create confusion and destabilize the company. "Her claims are absolutely ridiculous and a futile attempt to disrupt our operations," the source stated. "A thorough internal review and investigations into her conduct at BCM Ghana Ltd have raised serious concerns, including allegations of embezzlement."


BCM International has pledged to vigorously defend itself against any further attempts to undermine its business. "Angela List has no involvement in BCM’s operations, and until she faces legal consequences, we will continue to protect the integrity of our company," the source concluded.

Electrochem’s Ada Salt Deal in Jeopardy
