The newly formed Ministries include key sectors such as Finance, Health, Education, Energy and Green Transition, and Youth Development and Empowerment. Additionally, the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations has been introduced to align with Ghana's digital transformation agenda.

Other notable additions are the Ministry of Sports and Recreation, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, and Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment, reflecting the government’s commitment to social development and economic empowerment.
