Dr. Agyepong: "Jesus Christ is More Than Enough"



The Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has emphasized the importance of thanksgiving at the 2024 Annual Thanksgiving Service of the Jospong Group of Companies and Zoomlion. Held under the theme “Jesus Christ is More Than Enough,” the occasion was an opportunity for the company to reflect on the past year, express gratitude for God’s blessings, and seek divine guidance for the future.


Dr. Agyepong reflected on the company’s humble beginnings, starting with a single manual tricycle, and credited the transformation to unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. "This foundational truth is the inspiration behind the theme for this year’s Thanksgiving,” he stated.


He encouraged gratitude not only for personal and corporate achievements but also for Ghana’s journey since independence in 1957. “If the Lord had not been on Ghana’s side, where would we be? As we prepare for the upcoming elections, let us remember that peace and unity are more crucial than ever,” he remarked, urging tolerance, dialogue, and respect for democracy.


Dr. Agyepong called on Ghanaians to exercise their civic responsibility by voting peacefully, reminding all of the unique value of Ghana as their home. “Ghana is the only country we can truly call home; let us cherish and commit to its growth and prosperity,” he said.


He expressed gratitude to the Jospong Group’s Board, management, and staff for their dedication, which has made the company resilient despite challenges. He also thanked the government, sector ministers, financial partners, chiefs, and other stakeholders for their support.
